Job summary

Wade Macdonald are delighted to partner with a well-established organisation in the Education sector to recruit a Management Accountant for their Hucknall office. The role offers hybrid working and a salary around £60,000, with exposure to management reporting, budgeting and commercial analysis.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business, support month-end, balance sheet reconciliations and finance transformation initiatives, contributing to ongoing growth and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting or finance business partnering.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified preferred; part-qualified considered.
• Strong Excel, general ledger and financial systems knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end reporting and Group management information.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and other reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners on budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze commercial trends with Sales and Marketing for campaign impact.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and system changes.
• Assist with external audits and provide information.
• Produce ad-hoc financial analysis for decision-making.
• Cooperate with cross-functional and international finance teams.
