Job summary

RSE Control Systems in Nottingham is seeking a Management Accountant to lead day-to-day accounts and oversee month-end closes, reporting to Directors. The role involves liaising with the commercial team, ensuring HMRC compliance and supporting audits, with regular travel to the Leeds office.

You will supervise the Accounts department, drive improvements in financial processes and provide timely reports to support strategic decision-making. Full-time, permanent.

Qualifications

• Part qualified in CIMA or ACCA.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly and annual management accounts.
• Turnover and cashflow forecasting.
• Liaise with the commercial team on finance queries.
• Assist auditors during financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC finance regulations/requirements.
• Supervise the Accounts department and train staff.
