Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Management Accountant in the Huntingdon/Peterborough area. The role focuses on delivering budgets, forecasts and actuals with strong commercial insight, supporting decision-making in a regulated environment.

You’ll report to the Finance Manager and collaborate with virtual finance teams to drive financial planning across the designated area. The package includes a robust pension and private healthcare offerings.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified finance professional (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience producing actuals, forecasts and budgets.
• Experience with management accounting and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Produce budgets and forecasts for the designated business area.
• Act as single point of contact for budget holders for data provision.
• Collaborate with Financial Controller to meet milestones and timetables.
• Ensure compliance with budget processes and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Deliver accurate actuals, forecasts and budgets with risk/opportunity balance.
