Job summary

This role focuses on developing the team, driving reliability, and delivering high engineering standards with a hands-off management style.

You will improve preventative maintenance strategies, reduce downtime and manage budgets while ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands-off management approach with delegation and development of Lead Engineers.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team of engineers including senior and shift engineers.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies and improve equipment reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure health, safety and environmental standards.
