Qualifications

• Experience in M&A, VC, or corporate development is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modelling: comps, DCF, sensitivity analysis.
• Experience coordinating data rooms or multi-party workstreams.
• Ability to conduct independent sector research and sourcing.
• Strong ownership, organization, and proactive follow-up.
• Excellent cross-department communication with legal, finance, and technical teams.
• Direct, clear communication and conclusion-driven writing.
• Genuine interest in UFORCE's mission and defence-tech sector.
• Approximately 1 year into your career, eager to own execution work.

Responsibilities

• Own sector mapping and build a living deal-sourcing reference.
• Surface and assess M&A targets and maintain pipeline board.
• Support acquisitions, JVs, and partnerships, coordinating due diligence across teams.
• Own the team's action log and day-to-day operating rhythm.
• Support board deck preparation and investor materials.
