Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Treasury Middle Office (CTMO) International to lead regulatory change, enhance reporting, drive data initiatives, and strengthen governance across liquidity reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services, supporting Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Finance, Data Analytics, or Change Management.
• Experience with regulatory change initiatives, audits, or data-driven processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of regulatory, audit, and business-driven change initiatives impacting liquidity reporting.
• Coordinate timely responses to regulatory requests, internal and external audits.
• Provide prompt resolution of reporting issues through investigation and remediation coordination.
• Partner with technology and report production teams to support strategic initiatives and data testing.
• Ensure high standards in liquidity reporting governance, controls, and data quality activities.
• Contribute to adoption of Snowflake, AWS data services, Python, SQL, and AI-enabled tools.
• Prepare materials for governance forums, senior management, and regulatory engagements.
• Analyze large datasets to improve reporting processes and data quality.
