Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Leeds Lease Advisory team is a market leading UK-wide group providing advice on rent reviews, lease renewals and regearing for Office, Industrial and Retail sectors. A Director/Associate level is sought to support the Head of the Regions in delivering growth and shaping the Leeds office strategy.

You would join a 37+-strong surveyor team across the UK with opportunities to influence future growth in Yorkshire and the North-East markets, collaborating with agency,

Qualifications

• Experience in rent review, lease regear and lease renewal negotiations.
• Experience of Expert Witness reporting writing is desirable but not essential.
• Commercial acumen providing clients with the best solutions.
• Strong negotiation and quantitative skills, including analysis and interpretation of large data sets.
• Good working knowledge of the Yorkshire and North East markets.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven and collaborative.
• A full driving licence.
• Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide lease advisory services to investor and occupier clients.
• Deliver rent reviews, lease regearing and surrender assignments.
• Develop and grow the Leeds office client base.
• Collaborate with agency, investment and other teams within the Leeds office and wider firm.
• Manage fee negotiations and project delivery.
