Job summary

British International Investment (BII) is seeking an experienced Learning and Talent Development Executive to translate strategic priorities into impactful, scalable learning programs. You will lead capability-building initiatives, manage PEDP, and work with HR, business partners and external suppliers to deliver measurable development outcomes.

The role requires strong programme management, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong programme management capability.
• Experience designing and delivering learning and talent development initiatives with strategic suppliers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Operational excellence, attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Facilitation and presentations skills; or ambition to develop these skills further.
• Learning measurement and evaluation expertise, including ROI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Capability building and learning solutions across the organisation.
• Performance Evaluation and Development Programme (PEDP) management and governance.
• Measurement, insight and continuous improvement of L&D activities.
• Supplier and stakeholder management with HR and business partners.
• Deliver strategic development interventions in response to priorities and workforce trends.
• Support delivery of career development initiatives, succession planning and mobility.
• Manage governance, planning, communications and impact evaluation.
• Collaborate with strategic suppliers and internal teams to ensure value and quality.
• Contribute to ongoing development of L&D offerings using external insights.
