Macmillan Cancer Support seeks a visionary Head of Workforce and Organisation Design to lead a specialist team and partner with senior leaders. You will shape workforce planning, design future operating models and build capability frameworks to enable delivery against strategy.

You will drive evidence-based decisions, balance cost with capability, and empower leaders across the organisation to plan and grow.

Qualifications

• Ability to turn workforce data into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience leading workforce planning and organisation design initiatives.
• Track record of influencing senior leaders and delivering change in large organisations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and empower a specialist Workforce and Organisation Design team.
• Build strategic workforce planning with frameworks and a 3–5 year outlook.
• Shape organisational design, operating models and roles to enable delivery.
• Plan for the future of work, considering AI and emerging technologies.
• Develop talent and skills frameworks to support resilience and growth.
• Influence strategic decisions using data, models and insight.
