Havebury Homes is seeking an Assistant Director of Customer Housing Services to join our Leadership Team, taking overall responsibility for housing management functions including income, lettings, anti-social behaviour, estate management, supported housing, resident involvement and customer experience.

You will lead, motivate and empower teams to deliver resident-centred services, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to corporate development and strategic direction of

Qualifications

• Level 4 CIH qualification or willingness to achieve.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory framework governing housing associations.
• Experience leading multi-faceted operational teams and driving performance.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Ability to build partnerships and influence at senior level.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage strategic direction and drive delivery across the business.
• Lead excellent customer services across ~8,500 homes using insight to improve.
• Provide empowering leadership across Customer Experience, Resident Engagement, Neighbourhood and Estates, Supported Housing, Allocations and Income.
• Advise the business as internal subject matter expert on housing and customer service matters.
• Develop and implement customer-facing strategies with strong resident involvement.
• Drive performance, meet KPIs, and ensure effective operating models.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and internal audits to close gaps.
