Church Times invites applications for a Lead Ordained Ministry Enabler, a strategic oversight role to develop personalized and integrated training pathways from ordination through to experienced Oversight Ministry within the diocese.

The post will provide leadership and direction to clergy formation and resourcing, strengthen lifelong learning, and support curates with pastoral, spiritual and ministerial development aligned to the diocesan vision and strategy.
