Job summary

Places for People, the UK's leading Social Enterprise, is seeking a Head of Digital Products and Technology to steer the implementation and ongoing management of core business systems across the organisation. You will work with third-party suppliers, the Project Office and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days on site at the nearest Places Leisure Centre, with focus on security, availability and development backlogs.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems, digital products or technology delivery.
• Proven track record managing business systems, including requirements definition, integrations, go-live planning and ongoing support.
• Experience working with third-party technology suppliers and managing delivery against service levels.
• Evidence of delivering system improvements, updates or upgrades and managing bugs/backlogs.
• Experience leading technology or systems projects using cross-organisational resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing management of key business systems.
• Define requirements and coordinate with suppliers to deliver solutions.
• Oversee system security, availability and updates.
• Manage development backlog and release planning.
