Job summary

Lewisham's Digital Product and Development team is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the roadmap, vision and strategy for Place digital products that serve residents, businesses and staff. You will lead a team of product managers, shape roadmaps and measure outcomes with a data-driven approach.

In this fixed-term 24-month opportunity, you will coach colleagues, run workshops with senior stakeholders, collaborate with developers and external suppliers, and manage budgets while ensuring

Qualifications

Experience of managing multiple digital products and leading a development team.
Experience creating a product vision and goals and leading cross-functional delivery.
Strong ability to gather and clarify business requirements and measure outcomes.
Experience managing 3rd party IT and service suppliers and budgets.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap, vision and strategy for Place digital products.
Lead and coach a team of product managers; drive backlog refinement and roadmaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital services.
