Job summary

SEA Ltd is seeking a Head of Underwater Solutions to shape the future of undersea technology, leading a strategic portfolio from concept to customer delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams and key customer relationships to turn innovation into deliverable solutions while meeting quality, time and cost targets.

Based at one of our sites in Barnstaple, Bristol or Beckington, with hybrid working, you will drive growth and ensure safe, compliant delivery across the lifecycle, from research

Qualifications

Proven leadership at scale with senior experience in UK defence or engineering.
Strategic thinking and delivery expertise across portfolio shaping and planning.
Qualifications in portfolio/project management; ChPP/CEng preferred, or working towards them.

Responsibilities

Lead the Underwater Solutions portfolio across the full lifecycle from concepts to customer delivery.
Deliver programme and financial commitments, ensuring targets through governance, budgeting and forecasting.
Build cross-functional teams and develop staff to meet portfolio priorities.
