Thales UK is seeking a Bid Manager for the Underwater Systems (UWS) domain to lead high-quality bids and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to shape robust strategies and compelling proposals. Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will drive bids from qualification to submission and manage timelines and stakeholder engagement for winning submissions.

• Proven experience leading bids in complex engineering or defence environments.
• Strong leadership and coordination across multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams.
• Excellent stakeholder, customer and supplier relationship management.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and understanding of bid lifecycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with resilience and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary bid teams through a structured bid process.
• Create bid schedules, requirements baselines and resource plans to support high-quality deliverables.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, suppliers and customer representatives.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across all bid artefacts, including estimates, compliance, commercial terms and the initial project baseline.
• Lead the preparation of PQQ responses, proposal development and governance reviews to produce winning submissions.
