Registered with GPhC
Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent
Masters in Pharmacy (MPharm)
Independent prescriber
MRPharmS
Member of Faculty of RPS and progressing to advanced practice
Leadership/Management qualification

Mansioni

Strategically lead and develop a high-quality clinical pharmacy service within the Renal division.
Oversee the set up and operationalisation of a pharmacy-led immunosuppressant service, including homecare supply.
Act as Lead Pharmacist Independent Prescriber for the service.
Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for pharmacy services within the division.
Collaborate with renal consultants, nursing, and pharmacy teams to optimize medicines use and introduce new clinical pathways.
Provide advanced clinical care to renal patients and contribute to audit and QI initiatives.
