Job summary

University of Brighton is seeking an Assistant Director to lead International Partnerships and Global Mobility. You will guide strategies for partnerships and mobility, oversee portfolio performance, and collaborate with schools, services and international partners to deliver strategic and financial outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience in transnational education and mobility activities across global partnerships.

Qualifications

Experience leading international partnerships in higher education.
Experience with transnational education and collaborative provision.
Proven ability to shape business cases, proposals and investment cases.
Strong commercial and financial awareness in a university setting.
Experience overseeing strategic partnership portfolios and mobility programs.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across international partnerships and mobility.
Oversee portfolio performance, governance and risk.
Develop partnership and mobility strategies and opportunities.
Lead global mobility strategy to expand student and staff international experiences.
Build and sustain strategic international partnerships with designated partners.
Manage teams and resources, driving organisational change as needed.
