Job summary

The University of Brighton is seeking a Global Mobility Manager in Brighton to lead the international mobility portfolio, including study abroad, exchange, and Erasmus+ programmes. You will work with Academic Schools, Registry, Student Services and partners to deliver high-quality mobility experiences for students.

You will develop plans, manage budgets and externally funded activity, oversee recruitment and participant support, and lead the Global Mobility team to grow international

Qualifications

• Experience of managing international mobility and study abroad programmes.
• Strong knowledge of mobility schemes such as Erasmus+ and related programmes.
• Experience leading teams and delivering services within a complex organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Lead the management, development and delivery of the University's global mobility activity.
• Develop operational plans, manage mobility partnerships and monitor financial performance.
• Oversee student recruitment, preparation and support, and manage externally funded mobility activity.
