Job summary

The University of Brighton seeks a Global Mobility Manager to lead the management, development and delivery of its global mobility activity, including study abroad, international exchange, and funded mobility schemes. • Experience in managing international mobility or study abroad programmes in higher education.
• Understanding of mobility schemes (e.g., Erasmus+ and Turing Scheme).
• Ability to manage budgets and monitor financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management, development and delivery of the University’s global mobility activity.
• Oversee student recruitment, preparation and support for mobility programmes.
• Develop operational plans, manage mobility partnerships and work with academic and international partners.
• Ensure compliance, financial performance and growth of fee-paying study abroad activity.
• Manage the Global Mobility team and agreed budgets.
