Job summary

Inclusion Education invites applications for an Organisation Lead for Quality of Education to provide strategic, organisation-wide leadership for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of educational quality across all provisions.

The postholder will champion The Inclusion Way, lead Teaching for Excellence Framework implementation and ensure curriculum, teaching, learning, assessment and learner experience remain ambitious, inclusive and trauma-informed.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of inclusive pedagogy, curriculum implementation, assessment, feedback and professional development.
• Strong understanding of SEND, adaptive teaching, reasonable adjustments and barriers to learning.
• Knowledge of examinations, awarding body requirements, internal and external quality assurance processes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or leading professional learning to improve staff practice.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with ability to communicate complex findings.
• Ability to triangulate qualitative and quantitative evidence and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and evaluation of the organisation's Quality of Education strategy in line with The Inclusion Way and inspection frameworks.
• Champion a culture of high expectations, inclusion, continuous improvement and accountability across all provisions.
• Lead development of ambitious, evidence-informed educational practice with trauma-informed, learner-centred approaches.
• Advise senior leaders on quality improvement priorities and present evaluative reports to trustees and external stakeholders.
• Use QA findings and learner outcomes to drive organisation-wide improvement.
• Oversee implementation of Teaching for Excellence Framework and The Inclusion Way across all provisions.
• Develop systems for identifying, sharing and disseminating effective practice across the organisation.
• Evaluate the impact of teaching, learning and professional development on learner progress and destinations.
• Support inspection readiness and external validation processes, including Ofsted readiness and Local Authority reviews.
