Community Care Live is seeking an exceptional leader to join the Children's and Education Services Senior Leadership Team as Head of Inclusive Learning. You will drive strategic direction across inclusion, attendance, and fair access, ensuring every child has access to high-quality education and support.

You will work with schools, early years settings and partners to champion inclusive practice, strengthen partnerships, and translate national guidance into local practice, while focusing on

Qualifications

• Experience leading education/inclusion or children’s services.
• Strong knowledge of education legislation and safeguarding duties in LA context.
• Proven track record developing partnerships and delivering outcomes for children and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for Nottingham's inclusion and education services.
• Lead development and delivery of ambitious strategies to improve attendance and access to education.
• Collaborate with schools, health, social care and voluntary sector to deliver joined-up services.
• Ensure services are child-centered, outcome-focused and value for money.
