Job summary

County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 8c Head of EPR and Digital Programme Delivery to lead the EPR optimisation and the wider digital portfolio. Reporting to the CIO, you will bring together clinical, operational, technical and corporate colleagues to deliver complex digital change safely, effectively and in line with Trust priorities.

Qualifications

Masters level education or equivalent in digital, programme management, health informatics or related field.
Significant experience leading complex digital/EPR programmes in large organisations.
Strong governance, delivery assurance and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with NHS digital strategy, EPR optimisation or similar.
Willingness to travel across Trust sites.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, prioritisation, governance and delivery assurance for EPR optimisation and wider digital portfolio.
Coordinate developments, upgrades, workflow improvements and benefits activity with safe implementation and change control.
Develop and maintain programme plans, RAID logs, decision logs, reports and dependency maps.
Provide evidence-based reporting to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
Lead and develop project managers and delivery resources.
