eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a long‑established Greater Manchester law firm. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure efficient service delivery and strong client satisfaction.

The role requires someone with a proven track record in legal operations or practice management, capable of implementing robust processes and maintaining regulatory compliance while guiding HR, budgets and supplier

Qualifications

• Prev. experience as Practice Manager, Legal Operations or senior management within a law firm.
• Strong understanding of operational and regulatory needs of a law practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of balancing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day running and administration of the practice.
• Support partners and senior management in daily operations.
• Develop and refine operational processes and procedures.
• Monitor compliance, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee HR, recruitment and staff development.
• Support financial and budgetary management.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and professional advisers.
• Identify improvements to efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to strategic plan implementation and business growth.
