Job summary

Boots in Nottingham is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to shape a high-impact learning offer for Support Office colleagues, drive engagement with digital platforms and ensure development solutions address priority capability needs.

You will work with senior leaders to develop scalable learning programs, leverage data to measure impact, and bring external best practice to keep Boots’ capability approach modern and effective.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development.
• Ability to identify capability needs and translate them into learning solutions.
• Experience creating and embedding learning strategies or frameworks.
• Knowledge of digital learning platforms and driving learner engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the learning and development experience for Support Office colleagues across Boots.
• Develop scalable solutions addressing priority capability needs.
• Drive adoption and engagement with Boots' online learning platform.
• Use data, insights and feedback to evaluate impact and evolve the learning offer.
• Bring external best practice and innovative thinking into Boots' capability approach.
