Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to shape and deliver impactful learning programs that drive employee growth and organizational success. You will own L&D deliverables and collaborate with leaders to tackle complex challenges.

You will design, facilitate, and evaluate programs, coach managers, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our learning remains relevant and innovative. A travel requirement of roughly 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or related field
• Significant experience designing and delivering L&D programs with a strong track record
• Proven ability to conduct needs assessments and develop training materials
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven evaluation experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder collaboration
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%

Responsibilities

• Own learning and organisational development deliverables to address complex challenges
• Design, develop and implement effective L&D programs that meet organizational needs
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps
• Facilitate in-person and online training sessions to grow employee skills
• Evaluate program impact using assessments and performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in L&D
• Provide coaching and support to managers on learning opportunities and career paths
