Job summary

ADM is seeking a Key Accounts, Sales Support & Supply Chain Planner in Greater London. The role coordinates end-to-end order fulfilment, linking customers with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Finance to ensure timely deliveries and accurate processing.

The candidate will manage orders from entry through production to delivery, monitor OTIF, coordinate with production and logistics, and support continuous improvement across the supply chain. A background in supply chain or logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Key Account support.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery.
• Serve as main contact for key customers on status and issues.
• Monitor OTIF performance and address risks.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehousing, Logistics and Sales.
• Organise transportation and liaise with carriers and 3PLs.
• Process invoices, returns and credit notes accurately.
• Support demand planning and supply chain activities.
• Maintain accurate order/ship/delivery records and reconciliations.
• Prepare reports and support audits and improvements.
