Job summary

Smiths Detection is looking for a Workplace Services Analyst to drive IT supplier governance and service excellence across our workplace technology environment. You will monitor performance against SLAs/KPIs, support governance activities, and collaborate with global suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery for our workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management or Workplace Services environments.
• Strong ability to monitor and report on SLAs/KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs and contracts.
• Produce governance reports and dashboards for management.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, renewals and procurement activities.
• Support governance and audit requirements for IT services.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement with vendors.
