Job summary

Pontoon is seeking an IT Sourcing Manager for a 5-month contract in the UK, with hybrid work across Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax and Leeds. Salary starts at £65,000 per year, with day-rate umbrella options available.

You will join Ajilon’s Group Sourcing & Supplier Management team to lead IT procurement and supplier governance for technology services and software. The role involves end-to-end sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management across Commercial Banking and Trading

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manages and delivers outcomes for a portfolio of contracts and negotiates SLAs while coordinating major contracts.
• Analyses key themes using data from multiple sources and identifies impacts on the business.
• Delivers outcomes by managing others within established procurement procedures.
• Provides advice on designing new processes and systems to achieve standards and outcomes.
• Manages relationships with clients to ensure needs are met while supporting senior colleagues in client relationships.
