Qualifications

• Experience in IT consultancy or project management within a managed services context.
• Exposure to cyber security audits and IT governance is advantageous.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Managed IT Support customers as outsourced IT Manager/CISO/IT Management Consultant.
• Lead on security assessments, risk reviews, and staff awareness training.
• Provide IT strategy, architecture and cyber security consultancy to clients.
• Coordinate project delivery with technical teams and hand over to support.
