Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced IT SAP Business Partner to join our Applications Team, supporting Distribution and Supply Chain. The role combines business partnering with SAP solution design and project delivery, ensuring technology initiatives deliver real business value.

You will partner with operational stakeholders, drive improvements, and own SAP-led solutions across the lifecycle. The position is hybrid, with three days on-site in Bolton.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business-facing technology role (IT Business Partner or Senior BA).
• Strong SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC knowledge.
• Operational distribution/logistics/Supply Chain exposure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key IT Business Partner for Distribution, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.
• Understand processes, challenges and future requirements to shape solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and technology enablement.
• Translate business needs into effective SAP-led solutions across the business.
• Work across the full solution lifecycle including requirements, design, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Support delivery of projects and business change initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and applications.
