Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand hiring needs and challenges.
• Negotiate terms, rates and service agreements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and CRM records.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to onboard new accounts.
• Hit and exceed new business revenue and activity targets.
