• Familiar with stock management and CRM systems.
• Ability to liaise with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing IT products for clients, stock, and office use including servers, laptops, software licences.
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers.
• Liaising with customers regarding IT requirements.
• Providing quotations to customers.
• Communicating with the Workshop Engineer on all incoming orders.
• Maintain stock levels using ConnectWise CRM system.
• Working closely with MD regarding customer requests.
