Job summary

MS Talent Ltd is seeking an IT Project Manager for a hybrid role in the Greater London area. You will lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, maintain plans and RAID logs, and coordinate with technical teams and external suppliers.

Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, with familiarity in Agile or Waterfall methods. The position offers a remote-first arrangement with one day on-site per week and a salary up to £45,000 plus a 10% discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years experience in IT project management or project coordination.
• Experience working on technology or IT projects.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with project plans, RAID logs and project reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive, structured approach to problem solving.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation through to delivery.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs and project documentation.
• Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, actions and project milestones.
• Prepare project updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Support requirements gathering, change management, testing and implementation.
• Ensure effective project governance and communication throughout delivery.
