Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Program Manager (GPMO) to lead IT and product initiatives across their full lifecycle. You will guide teams from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and alignment with business objectives.

In partnership with Product Management and IT, you will influence stakeholders, manage dependencies, and drive decisions to bring offerings to market. A hybrid work model with three home days per week and London or Sleaford bases supports collaboration

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver complex IT programs end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinker able to translate data into actionable decisions and mitigations.
• Decisive leadership to drive consensus and ownership across multiple workstreams.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience delivering IT programs across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, or enterprise apps.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of program management methodologies (PMP/Prince2 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and drive structured program schedules and milestones across releases and launch teams.
• Meet deadlines with high-quality deliverables and adapt plans as needed.
• Hold teams accountable for commitments, milestones, and resourcing.
• Identify and manage program risks with mitigation and contingency plans.
• Track dependencies and report progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Analyze trade-offs and influence decisions to drive consensus on recommendations.
• Frame communications for intended audiences with clear context.
• Ensure documentation supports a shared program vision.
• Facilitate program meetings to update status and resolve blockers.
• Deliver quality results through cross-group collaboration and ownership.
