Job summary

CVS Veterinary Group is seeking an experienced IT procurement professional to manage the purchase of IT equipment, software, and services. You will work with vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure resources meet the organization's needs while achieving year-on-year cost savings.

Reporting to the Non-Clinical Procurement Manager, you will help maintain contract repositories, perform supplier due diligence, onboarding, and support non-clinical procurement projects across IT and

Qualifications

IT procurement experience in a healthcare or multi-site environment.
Experience managing multi-vendor procurement contracts.
Knowledge of software licensing models.
Understanding data security and compliance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
CIPS Level 4 (preferred)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IT requirements.
Lead IT procurement projects: plans, specs, supplier selection, tender, and negotiations.
Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, upgrades and changes.
Monitor spend, supplier performance, and contract expirations.
Manage non-clinical procurement and maintain supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with policies and data protection, and drive continuous improvement.
