Job summary

CVSVeterinary Group is seeking an IT Procurement professional to manage purchasing of IT equipment, software, licenses, and services. You will work closely with vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts, establish clear specifications with IT teams, and drive year-on-year external expenditure cost savings and service level improvements.

• Experience in IT procurement and vendor management.
• Familiarity with software licensing models.
• Understanding data security and compliance.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather IT requirements with stakeholders across clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Manage IT procurement projects; negotiate contracts, SLAs, licensing terms and pricing.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installations, upgrades and changes.
• Monitor supplier performance, spend, and contract expirations.
• Assist with non-clinical purchasing and procurement inbox.
