Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Experience & Planning Specialist - IT Financial Analyst to join the Enterprise Fraud Organization. The role focuses on enabling planning, financial transparency, and governance across initiatives, contracts, and workforce plans.

You will work with Finance, HR, and Technology to ensure funded, tracked, and governed programs. The position emphasizes strong financial acumen, operational rigor, and clear communication to drive informed decisions and efficient execution

Qualifications

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation and variance analysis.
Background in accounting or finance preferred, with both operational and project‑based financials.
Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and formulas.
Experience building or consuming Power BI dashboards for financial or operational reporting.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of Enterprise Fraud initiatives, contracts, and workforce strategy.
Partner with Finance to manage the budget, including tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and planning.
Ensure projects are funded, monitored, and aligned with financial plans and governance.
Collaborate with fraud leaders, HR, and technology to align headcount, labor capitalization, and cost allocation.
Create and maintain approval packages and financial documentation.
