Job summary

Ampa Group is seeking an exceptional Finance Business Partner to join the commercial finance division, partnering with IT/Technology teams. You will provide insightful financial analysis of the technology cost base to support decision making and act as a trusted advisor to IT leaders.

Reporting to FP&A and AGS Finance Manager, you will work with IT Director and COO to build understanding of overhead costs and enable cover in absences. Hybrid working available in the Midlands.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with commercial mindset.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar FP&A/Finance Business Partner role.
• Strong Excel modelling and ability to communicate financials effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Analyse monthly results against budgets and forecasts with IT leaders.
• Develop financial models to support initiatives and investment decisions.
• Support integration of IT cost base from M&A activity.
