Job summary

Together Housing in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced senior investment professional to lead major investment and Net Zero programmes across the group’s housing stock. You will develop short- to long-term investment plans, manage budgets, procurement and performance, and work with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading investment programmes in social housing.
• Experience managing complex multi-disciplinary projects and delivering outcomes.
• Stock condition and surveying experience in social housing.
• Experience managing investment programme budgets and procurement.
• Strong use of asset data and performance information for strategic decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and external partners.
• Knowledge of social housing, Net Zero, construction, compliance and safety.
• Strong analytical, numerical and written communication skills.
• Project management, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience contributing to strategies and investment plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of major investment and Net Zero programmes across the Group's housing stock.
• Develop short, medium and long-term investment plans, managing programmes, budgets, procurement and performance.
• Oversee stock condition, surveying and asset data to support robust investment planning and evidence-based decision-making.
• Lead the analysis and reporting of asset and energy data, using systems such as data warehouses and Power BI to provide meaningful insight.
• Work with internal teams, statutory bodies, local authorities and external partners to ensure programmes are compliant, well governed and deliver value for money.
• Support externally funded programmes and ensure all funding and regulatory requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies and ways of working to improve investment performance and drive innovation.
• Provide technical leadership, advice and guidance across the Investment team.
• Lead, motivate and develop professional teams, creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Represent the Group at sector, stakeholder and partner forums on investment-related matters.
