Job summary

Together Housing is seeking an experienced Investment Lead to drive major investment and Net Zero programmes across its housing stock. You will shape short- to long-term investment plans, manage budgets, procurement and performance, and oversee stock condition data to support evidence-based decisions.

You will provide technical leadership within the Investment team, analyze asset and energy data using Power BI, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure governance, value

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading investment programmes in social housing.
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with measurable outcomes.
• Stock condition and surveying experience in social housing.
• Experience managing investment budgets, procurement and financial performance.
• Strong use of asset data and performance information for decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and external partners.
• Knowledge of social housing asset management, Net Zero, construction and safety.
• Analytical, numerical, written and communication skills to turn data into recommendations.
• Strong PM, organisational and problem-solving skills with competing priorities.
• Experience contributing to strategies through research and thinking.
• Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of major investment and Net Zero programmes across the Group's housing stock.
• Develop investment plans and manage programmes, budgets, procurement and performance.
• Oversee stock condition, surveying and asset data for robust planning.
• Lead analysis and reporting using Power BI and data warehouses for insight.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure governance and value for money.
• Support externally funded programmes and compliance with funding requirements.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve investment performance.
• Provide technical leadership to the Investment team.
• Lead and develop professional teams for high performance.
• Represent the Group at sector forums on investment matters.
