Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Property Investment & Planning within the Asset Management team. You will shape investment strategy, govern major programmes and drive Net Zero initiatives across our stock.

You will combine strategic thinking with strong leadership, managing budgets, procurement and performance while working with senior leaders, regulators and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lead the development and delivery of major investment and Net Zero programmes across the Group’s housing stock.
• Develop short, medium and long-term investment plans, managing programmes, budgets, procurement and performance.
• Oversee stock condition, surveying and asset data to support robust investment planning and evidence-based decision-making.
• Lead the analysis and reporting of asset and energy data, using systems such as data warehouses and Power BI to provide meaningful insight.
• Work with internal teams, statutory bodies, local authorities and external partners to ensure programmes are compliant, well governed and deliver value for money.
• Support externally funded programmes and ensure all funding and regulatory requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies and ways of working to improve investment performance and drive innovation.
• Provide technical leadership, advice and guidance across the Investment team.
• Lead, motivate and develop professional teams, creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Represent the Group at sector, stakeholder and partner forums on investment-related matters.
