Job summary

University of East London is seeking an experienced communications professional to plan, deliver and evaluate internal campaigns that engage staff and support university priorities.

You will develop university-wide campaigns, create content for senior leaders, improve digital channels, and measure impact. This role requires excellent judgement, creativity, and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Substantial communications experience with internal audiences.
• Experience leading end-to-end campaigns from planning to evaluation.
• Strong writing and editing skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging internal campaigns from brief to evaluation.
• Produce clear content across channels, including for senior leaders.
• Advise stakeholders on effective communications approaches.
• Manage and improve digital channels (Teams, SharePoint, email).
• Measure impact and use insights to improve activity.
• Support staff engagement and strengthen cross-unit communications.
