Job summary

Railpen Limited seeks an Engagement Delivery Manager to own end-to-end audit engagements across diverse activities. You will work closely with Internal Audit leadership, delivering high-quality, evidence-based assurance that informs risk decisions and adds value.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, apply professional scepticism, and identify opportunities to improve governance and outcomes within a flexible, hybrid working culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering internal audit or assurance engagements in large organisations.
• Strong professional judgement and evidence-based conclusions.
• Ability to work in an outcomes-driven environment that values accountability and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to translate findings into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning to reporting and actions.
• Assess risks, controls and processes with independence and professional scepticism.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders while maintaining objectivity.
