Job summary

South Wales Police is seeking a Principal Analyst within the Intelligence Command to head the analytical function, manage intelligence analysis, and support informed decision-making across strategic, tactical and operational levels. The role requires proven management and leadership experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to deliver clear reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in management and leadership at senior levels.
• Strong ability to undertake intelligence analysis at strategic and tactical levels.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to produce comprehensive reports for senior management.

• Develop and coordinate strategies for intelligence analysis and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
