Salt is hiring an Integrated Communications Planning Manager in London. This permanent, hybrid role focuses on bringing structure to complex campaigns, connecting strategy, planning and execution, and coordinating multiple teams with senior stakeholders. Salary up to £60,000, with a hybrid pattern offering 2 days WFH.

The role centres on governance, roadmaps and reporting to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver tangible impact.

Qualifications

• Strong planning background across roadmaps, governance and reporting.
• Experience in integrated communications, PR or marketing comms.
• Programme or campaign planning with timelines, risks and approvals.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain integrated communications roadmaps prioritised to business objectives.
• Coordinate annual, quarterly and ongoing planning cycles with clear plans and timelines.
• Act as the central point of coordination across communications, marketing and wider teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, priorities, approvals and delivery challenges.
• Bring structure and governance to campaign planning from brief through delivery.
• Use reporting and KPIs to provide visibility and support decision-making.
• Turn performance data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Build alignment across stakeholders, audiences and channels.
