Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Infrastructure and Telco Category Manager to drive sourcing across infrastructure hardware, networks, telecom and end user computing. You will run sourcing events, negotiate with suppliers, and manage sub-categories under the Category Director, Infrastructure and Telco.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure regional alignment, deliver cost savings, and uphold JLL procurement standards while supporting a hybrid working model in

Qualifications

• Strategic sourcing expertise across infrastructure, networks, telecom or end user computing.
• Experience leading category strategies across regions or units.
• Ability to manage procurement projects from strategy to execution with moderate oversight.
• Strong commercial acumen including contract negotiation and TCO analysis.
• AI experience to improve speed and outcomes is a plus.
• Proven stakeholder relationship skills across IT, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies for infrastructure, networks, telecom and end user computing.
• Lead procurement events from RFP to contract, with appropriate documentation.
• Escalate recommendations above standard authority thresholds to the Category Director.
• Maintain demand plans and optimize hardware refresh cycles.
• Build relationships with suppliers and support supplier rationalisation.
• Run supplier relationship management and third party risk activities.
• Deliver cost savings and value, track progress for renewals.
