Job summary

Ferrovial Construction in the UK&I region seeks an experienced senior professional to lead business development, bidding and market strategy. You will manage precursor activities, coordinate cross-functional bids and negotiate with clients and partners to grow Ferrovial’s UK footprint.

You will drive market analysis, maintain relationships with government, industry networks and key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify UK&I opportunities and inform strategic plans.
Develop and implement prequalification, EOI, tenders and bids with cross-functional teams.
Lead negotiations and commercial discussions with clients, joint ventures and investors.
Maintain CRM records and track pipeline, opportunities and budgets.
Support tender teams and various departments in bid preparation and approvals.
