The role combines compliance leadership with strategic business support, partnering with client delivery teams to identify gaps, mitigate risks and deliver practical, training-driven improvements across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) accreditation confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead and evolve our industry-specific compliance centre of excellence
• Provide expert insights into regulations and deliver pragmatic, commercially sound solutions
• Consult with client delivery teams to identify skills gaps and design tailored training
• Contribute to information requests and pitches to support business growth
• Lead central auditing of publication management systems
• Deliver internal training, guidance and best practices
• Act as a trusted contact to inform compliance decisions and support client success
