Job summary

Unipart Group is seeking a Category Manager to lead procurement of indirect goods and services across multiple sites and clients. You will develop cost-effective category strategies and provide expert procurement guidance while promoting the Unipart Way and driving value.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and support internal stakeholders with performance reviews and strategic engagements. A strong background in sourcing and sustainability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple category sourcing with significant savings.
• Strong negotiation and risk-aware contract review skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships.
• Financial and analytical capabilities with problem-solving focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial sourcing strategies for indirect services and goods.
• Negotiate contract terms and secure ongoing coverage for key services.
• Manage supplier relationships for long-term partnerships and opportunities.
• Support stakeholders with supplier performance reviews and client presentations.
• Implement procurement policies and act as expert contact for senior stakeholders.
• Lead change using The Unipart Way and deputise for Procurement Manager when needed.
