Qualifications

• Solid experience in indirect strategic sourcing or category management, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or retail.
• Strong grasp of procurement processes, commercial negotiation, and contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activity for Indirect spend over £250k or considered high risk/strategic.
• Work with senior stakeholders to define needs and shape procurement strategies.
• Execute sourcing initiatives including RFPs, tenders, e-sourcing, and contract negotiations.
